Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of tax technology solutions for compliance and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with tax specialists and developers to translate tax requirements into automated solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Assist in enhancing user-focused technology tools for tax processes.
• Contribute to improvements that address evolving client needs.
• Apply foundational UK tax knowledge to technology-enabled solutions.
• Use modern technology stacks and software development skills in project work.
• Contribute to delivery in the tax domain while working with stakeholders.

What You Must Have

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent degree.
• At least one year of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for study in fields including artificial intelligence and robotics, business analytics, computer and information science, computer engineering, computer programming, design, engineering, management information systems, mechanical engineering, or statistics.
• Familiarity with AI or automation use cases in tax technology.
• Understanding of ERP systems and tax operating models.
• Progress toward an accounting or tax qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
• Experience using Agile methodology in software development projects.
• Experience with business process modeling, competitive analysis, product strategy, and lifecycle management.
