Lead transformative technology consulting projects focused on migrating complex systems to AWS platforms.
Advise clients strategically, guide teams through complex challenges, and contribute to business strategy.
Develop high-performing teams and promote innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead AWS migration projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Develop software engineering solutions using Java, Python, C#.NET, or related languages.
- Use API management, microservices, enterprise architecture, and system integration to support business requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot software, and apply CI/CD, ATDD, and quality assurance practices.
- Manage client relationships, provide strategic input, and coach and mentor teams.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 15 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in software engineering or cloud infrastructure, including 6 or more years of hands-on AWS migration or transformation experience.
- Experience leading complex migration programs and executing large-scale cloud migration waves.
- Experience with AWS MGN, AWS Transform, DMS, SCT, and Migration Hub.
- Expertise in application refactoring, cloud-native architecture, and heterogeneous database migrations.
- Strong backend development, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Agile practices, application security, identity management, and cloud governance.
