Join PwC Acceleration Center India and work with global teams across advisory, assurance, tax, and business services.

Provide forensic services focused on fraud investigations and regulatory enforcement within Deals Advisory.

Use analytical skills to analyze complex data and deliver insights supporting commercial diligence and client decision-making.

Guide and mentor others while managing workstreams and developing client-service deliverables.

Role Profile

Work as an early-career data practitioner with 3–7 years of experience in data-related activities within project, operational, or transformation environments.

Support analysis, preparation, management, and use of data under the guidance of senior practitioners.

Maintain quality standards and support data-driven decision-making.

Core Responsibilities

  • Engage stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, escalate issues, and seek clarification.
  • Communicate data findings and project updates and produce accurate documentation and reports.
  • Investigate data issues and support root-cause analysis with guidance from senior team members.
  • Collaborate with data, technology, and business teams and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Develop business awareness of processes, organizational objectives, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage assigned tasks and deliver work to agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Develop quality assurance skills across deliverables and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.

Experience Expectations

  • Have 3–7 years of experience in a data, analytics, reporting, or technology-related role.
  • Work with structured data using SQL and reporting or visualization tools.
  • Understand SOLID and DRY software engineering principles and write clean, reusable Python.
  • Know unit testing basics, pytest, Git branching, pull request reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to cloud data platforms, data transformation, or reporting solutions is included in the role profile.
  • Understand data quality, governance, and data management principles.
  • Work independently on defined tasks while seeking guidance when required.

Education

  • Hold a BE, BTech, MTech, BCA, or MCA degree.
