Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled **SAP BPC Consultant** to design, configure, and implement enterprise performance management solutions using SAP Business Planning and Consolidation.
The ideal candidate will support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and consolidation processes while ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA and reporting platforms.
1. SAP BPC Implementation & Support
- Design, configure, and implement SAP BPC solutions (Standard and/or Embedded models).
- Develop and maintain planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation models.
- Customize BPC environments to meet business planning and reporting requirements.
2. Financial Planning & Consolidation
- Support end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure accurate financial consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
- Collaborate with finance teams to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
3. System Integration
- Integrate SAP BPC with SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO modules).
- Work with SAP BW/4HANA data models for data extraction and transformation.
- Support integration with reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud and other visualization platforms.
4. Technical Development & Optimization
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Logic, Data Manager Packages, and Work Status configurations.
- Optimize system performance and ensure data accuracy across planning models.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance, Controlling (CO), and IT teams to gather requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical SAP BPC solutions.
- Provide end-user training and documentation.
6. Support & Maintenance
- Provide ongoing support for SAP BPC applications.
- Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and patches when required.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum **5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BPC** implementations and support.
- Strong expertise in **SAP BPC Standard and/or Embedded models**.
- Experience working with SAP BW/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO integration is required.
