Job Purpose

  • We are seeking a professional and customer focused Call Centre Agent to provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely follow up.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM or internal systems.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality, productivity, and service level metrics.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company data protection policies.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from Qatar University (Mandatory).
  • Valid IELTS Certificate (Mandatory).
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong problem solving and customer handling skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Work Schedule

  • 6 working days per week.
  • Fixed shift.
  • 1 day off per week.
