Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Ariba modules in production, including incident, service request, and problem management via ticketing tools
- Analyze and resolve issues in Ariba Commerce Automation, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance
- Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and stability; support SAP ERP/S/4HANA integrations via CIG
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
- Support master data management and assist users with training, troubleshooting, and process guidance
- Manage change requests, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, and maintain documentation including knowledge base and SOPs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a closely related field
- 3 8+ years of hands on experience with SAP Ariba, including support and implementation
- Proficient in SAP Ariba modules: Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing/Contracts, and Ariba Network
- Experience with SAP integration technologies like Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), IDoc interfaces, and APIs
- Familiar with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira for incident management
- Understanding of SLAs, incident prioritization, and support processes
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills for timely issue resolution
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and SAP ERP systems (preferred)
- SAP Ariba certification is highly preferred
- Experience in Application Management Services (AMS) or support projects (preferred)

Role Overview
