About the Role
ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS is hiring a Sand Plant Process Operator for a role based in Liwa, Abu Dhabi. The operator will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of sand processing equipment, monitoring plant performance, and maintaining product quality.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor sand plant equipment including screens, conveyors, pumps, classifiers, crushers, washers, and related process systems
- Start up, shut down, and adjust plant equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and production requirements
- Inspect equipment and process conditions regularly to identify abnormal performance, blockages, leaks, wear, or safety risks
- Record operating data such as throughput, downtime, equipment condition, and process readings accurately and on time
- Support product quality by checking material flow, moisture levels, gradation, and general conformance to specification
- Report equipment malfunctions and assist with basic troubleshooting, housekeeping, and minor maintenance activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures including lockout/tagout, PPE, dust control, and hazard reporting
- Coordinate with maintenance, laboratory, loadout, and supervisory teams to support efficient plant operation
- Assist with inspections, shutdown work, and other plant related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in sand processing plant, quarry, mining, aggregate, or industrial production environment preferred
- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment, process flow, and plant operating principles
- Ability to read and follow operating procedures, safety instructions, and inspection checklists
- Physical ability to work in an industrial plant environment
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or callouts when required

Job Description
- The Sand Plant Process Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of sand processing equipment and systems.
- This role supports production targets by monitoring plant performance, adjusting operating parameters, conducting routine inspections, identifying equipment issues, and maintaining product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor sand plant equipment, including screens, conveyors, pumps, classifiers, crushers, washers, and related process systems.
- Start up, shut down, and adjust plant equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and production requirements.
- Inspect equipment and process conditions regularly to identify abnormal performance, blockages, leaks, wear, or safety risks.
- Record operating data such as throughput, downtime, equipment condition, and process readings accurately and on time.
- Support product quality by checking material flow, moisture levels, gradation, and general conformance to specification.

Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a sand processing plant, quarry, mining, aggregate, or industrial production environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment, process flow, and plant operating principles.
- Ability to read and follow operating procedures, safety instructions, and inspection checklists.
- Experience with mobile equipment or plant control systems is an advantage.
- Relevant safety training or certifications are beneficial, depending on site requirements.

Working Conditions
- This role is based in an industrial plant environment and may involve exposure to dust, noise, vibration, moving machinery, and outdoor weather conditions.
- The operator may be required to stand for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders, work at heights, and lift materials or tools within safe handling limits.
