We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Salesforce Business Analyst & Administrator who can bridge the gap between business and technology.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce functional and administrative expertise with hands-on configuration capabilities and a solid understanding of the Salesforce technical landscape.

They should be comfortable working alongside developers, understanding integration concepts, and independently driving configuration changes on the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration including Flow Builder, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, permission sets, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user management, roles, queues, reports, dashboards, and data maintenance.
  • Work closely with development teams to support technical delivery, review solutions, and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data model, security model, integration patterns, and platform governance limits.
  • Coordinate UAT activities, prepare test scenarios, and support release and change management processes.
  • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.
  • Provide functional guidance and training to business users and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying platform optimisation opportunities.
  • Requied skills and experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis and Administration roles.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration — Flow Builder, custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, and sharing settings.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data modelling, and security model.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration concepts including REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events — ability to work effectively alongside developers on integration topics.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirement gathering skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile, support, and project delivery environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

  • Experience with HexaBPM Managed Package.
  • Experience in Salesforce Functional Consultant .
  • Exposure to Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
