- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Recruit, train, and develop new and existing agents

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
- Ensure excellent customer service and professional standards across the team
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
- Stay updated on market trends, property regulations, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales
- Previous experience leading a real estate team is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance
- Extensive knowledge of the local real estate market
- Valid real estate license/certification (if applicable)
- Self motivated, organized, and goal oriented

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced, results driven, and highly motivated Team Leader Real Estate to lead, mentor, and grow our high performing sales team.
