- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Support team members with client handling, negotiations, and closing deals
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Prepare sales reports and update management on team progress
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in the same position as a Real Estate Team Leader
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
