Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of lead handling by real estate agents
- Track lead allocation, follow up activities, and conversion rates through the CRM system
- Conduct regular audits of calls, WhatsApp conversations, emails, and client interactions to ensure compliance with company standards
- Ensure all leads are contacted within the required response time
- Monitor agent performance against KPIs, including response time, follow up quality, appointments booked, and deal conversion rates
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans
- Work closely with Sales Managers to enhance agent productivity and lead conversion
- Ensure CRM records are accurate, complete, and updated at all times
- Investigate missed opportunities, lost leads, and customer complaints
- Conduct quality checks to maintain high customer service standards
- Support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives and training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Sales Operations, CRM Management, or Real Estate Administration
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and lead management processes
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment

Job Summary
