Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, business plans, and KPIs to drive sustainable growth
- Leverage existing industry relationships and establish new partnerships to expand the company's market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, government entities, distributors, and healthcare professionals across the UAE
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share
- Manage the complete tender process, including submissions, negotiations, contract management, and successful project closures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or Medical related field
- 4–6+ years of experience in medical equipment sales within the UAE
- Previous experience in a leadership or team management role (highly preferred)
- Proven track record in business development, agency onboarding, and market expansion
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Well established network within the UAE healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and key decision makers
- Strong understanding of UAE healthcare procurement processes and tender management
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

About the Role
- AMMT is seeking a dynamic and results oriented Sales Team Leader to lead our Medical Division.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UAE medical equipment industry and a proven ability to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with healthcare providers and international partners.
Key Responsibilities
