Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market
- Promote and sell gym equipment, including cardio machines, strength training equipment, functional fitness solutions, and sports related medical accessories
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations, and demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with healthcare facilities, fitness centers, educational institutions, hospitality groups, and corporate clients
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up on leads and opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and after sales support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the fitness and sports industry
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in gym equipment, sports equipment, fitness solutions, medical equipment, or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities
