Position Overview

  • Match Retail is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results driven Sales Team Lead to represent Nespresso within multiple Costco locations.
  • In this elevated leadership role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching and mentoring Coffee Sales Advisors, and ensuring the successful execution of the Nespresso Roadshow program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Coffee Sales Advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship, feedback, and performance coaching to support team development and success.
  • Lead by example through active customer engagement, product demonstrations, and sales generation.
  • Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve results and customer interactions.
  • Ensure consistent execution of Nespresso brand standards, promotional activities, and Costco Roadshow expectations.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high performing team culture.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members as required.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Nespresso products, promotions, and competitive offerings.
  • Ensure kiosk displays remain clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Partner with Match Retail leadership to communicate field insights, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Support program reporting and operational requirements as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales or supervisor experience with strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with mobile reporting applications and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts.
  • Experience managing schedules, reporting, and field execution is considered an asset.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle is required, as travel between Costco warehouse locations within the assigned territory required every 2 weeks.
  • Food Handler Certification is required.
  • Full availability between Monday through Sunday.
