Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with Costco members and create meaningful customer interactions
- Demonstrate Nespresso coffee machines and communicate key product features and benefits
- Assess customer needs and recommend the best coffee solution to meet their lifestyle and preferences
- Drive sales by delivering compelling product demonstrations and closing sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting kiosk display
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance objectives
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure positive customer experience and successful program execution
Requirements
- Retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador experience an asset
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals in a customer facing environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching customers, initiating conversations, and closing sales
- Comfortable standing for extended periods throughout your shift
- Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast paced retail setting
- Access to a reliable vehicle is required, as travel to different Costco warehouse locations within the assigned territory required every 2 weeks
- Food Handler Certification is required
- Full availability between Monday through Sunday

Position Overview
- Match Retail is seeking enthusiastic, customer focused, and results driven Coffee Sales Advisors to represent Nespresso within multiple Costco locations.
- Engage shoppers, demonstrate premium coffee products, educate customers on Nespresso's innovative coffee solutions, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with Costco members and create meaningful customer interactions.
- Demonstrate Nespresso coffee machines and communicate key product features and benefits.
- Assess customer needs and recommend the best coffee solution.
- Drive sales by delivering compelling product demonstrations and closing sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting kiosk display.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance objectives.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure positive customer experience.
What We Offer
- Program Duration: August 11, 2026 – November 23, 2026, with opportunities for future assignments.
- Compensation: CAD 22 per hour, plus uncapped sales incentives based on machine sales.
- Training: Paid online training provided prior to program launch.

What We're Looking For
