About the Role

  • Match Retail is a leading provider of essential merchandising services across Canada, supporting major retailers and top brands.
  • Our Merchandising Team visits stores to update product sections, ensuring the latest innovations are perfectly presented.
  • We work with our client Nespresso and service major retailers.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure shelf presence of all SKU’s listed by point of sale (POS)
  • Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan
  • Ensures negotiated footprint is respected
  • Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out of stocks
  • Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting
  • Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines
  • Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team
  • Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.

What You Bring

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car required
  • Strong customer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships and convey brand messages.
  • Good problem solving and time management skills
  • Detail oriented, reliable, and friendly
  • Ability to self manage remotely
  • Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reports
  • Some physical labor required (up to 50lbs)

Interview Process

  • Step 1: Qualified candidates complete an initial phone or virtual interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Step 2: Shortlisted candidates participate in a phone or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager.
  • Step 3: Selected candidates attend an in person or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and relevant team members.
