- Design a reward system and define the scope of the business.
- Ensure alignment with the marketing team's activities.
- Manage the Customer Relationship Management (C4C) system.
- Develop plans for the distribution of gifts.
- Collaborate with research and customer service teams.
- Analyze deals, competitors, and individual customer data.
- Collaborate with GEO marketing supervisors to set the annual plan for satellite images.
- Manage approvals for the satellite images plan and budget.
- Conduct the study, development, publication, and reporting of surveys through the C4C platform.

Job Purpose
- Establish and maintain sales support protocols, processes, and policies, design reward systems, and ensure alignment with marketing activities. Managing CRM systems, distributing gifts, collaborating with various teams, and analyzing data to enhance sales strategies and decision making.
Key Accountability Areas
- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of protocols, processes, policies, and procedures for sales support.
- Design a reward system and define the scope of the business.
- Ensure alignment with the marketing team's activities.
- Manage the Customer Relationship Management (C4C) system.
- Develop plans for the distribution of gifts.
- Collaborate with research and customer service teams.
- Analyze deals, competitors, and individual customer data.
- Collaborate with GEO marketing supervisors to set the annual plan for satellite images.

- Monitor market changes to provide support for management decision making.
- Conduct the study, development, publication, and reporting of surveys through the C4C platform.
- Perform analysis and provide recommendations based on survey findings.
Qualifications
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Management.
- Work Experience: 4 to 6 Years.
- Technical / Functional Competencies: Sales Fundamentals, Calls, Closings, Sales Presentations, Sales Promotions, Sales Tools, Salesmanship.
