- Prepare quotations, proposals and pricing sheets based on client requirements
- Coordinate with carriers and internal pricing teams for rate requests
- Handle documentation and follow up on customer inquiries, bookings and shipments
- Maintain CRM records, sales trackers and pipeline visibility for management reviews
- Assist in managing existing customer accounts to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Sales Support
- Strong understanding of routings, rates and carrier communication
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in English is required

About the Role
