Responsibilities
- Drive sales across air, sea, road and rail freight solutions
- Generate new business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer accounts
- Support customers by understanding their logistics requirements and developing tailored freight solutions
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and pricing sheets based on customer requirements
- Coordinate with carriers and internal pricing teams to obtain competitive rates and negotiate service agreements
- Manage air, sea, road and rail logistics inquiries from customers and prospects
- Handle customer documentation and follow up on inquiries, bookings, shipments, and service requests
- Maintain CRM records, sales trackers, and pipeline updates to ensure visibility for management reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery
- Monitor sales opportunities, report progress to management and contribute to achieving commercial targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 4 years of proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics sales, or logistics sales support
- Demonstrated success in freight forwarding and multimodal logistics sales
- Strong commercial understanding of freight routings, pricing, carrier communication, and rate negotiations
- Experience preparing quotations, coordinating pricing, and supporting end to end sales activities
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Fluency in English is required
- Bachelor's degree is preferred

About the Role

Qualifications & Requirements
