About the Role

  • We are hiring experienced Sales Executives to strengthen our commercial team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with hands on experience in freight forwarding and multimodal logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales across air, sea, road and rail freight solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer accounts.
  • Support customers by understanding their logistics requirements and developing tailored freight solutions.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and pricing sheets based on customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with carriers and internal pricing teams to obtain competitive rates and negotiate service agreements.
  • Manage air, sea, road and rail logistics inquiries from customers and prospects.
  • Handle customer documentation and follow up on inquiries, bookings, shipments, and service requests.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales trackers, and pipeline updates to ensure visibility for management reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor sales opportunities, report progress to management and contribute to achieving commercial targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics sales, or logistics sales support.
  • Demonstrated success in freight forwarding and multimodal logistics sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong commercial understanding of freight routings, pricing, carrier communication, and rate negotiations.
  • Experience preparing quotations, coordinating pricing, and supporting end to end sales activities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
