Job Purpose

  • Follow up and handle installation functions for assigned portfolio by executing service strategies.
  • Ensure accessories team adheres to company mission, vision, and values.
  • Responsible for supporting sales teams in achieving sales goals and providing best service experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Achieve operational targets by defining and preparing business plans.
  • Provide efficient service through Guest First mindset.
  • Ensure maintaining optimal inventory not exceed 1.5 months.
  • Responsible for delivering the vehicle on time to center.

Major Activities

  • Assist achievement of quality vehicle installation and increase customer retention.
  • Deliver assigned team accomplishment through proper manpower distribution and training.
  • Assist assigned team to achieve pre determined center operational targets.
  • Assist Installer in solving technical installation problems.
  • Ensure highly satisfied Guest by supporting Guest Centric and Fix It Right mindset.
  • Supervise assigned Accessories activities to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Coordinate with Accessories Sales Advisor for job assignments and final inspection.
  • Monitor utilization of facilities, tools, and equipment.
  • Monitor Job Controller in entering correct data and recording repairs.
  • Carry out supervisory functions like training, workload assignment, and output appraisal.
  • Ensure monthly stock taking activities are performed on time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma Degree or Equivalent
  • 4 Years in Sales
  • Job Specific Skills: Time Management, Active Learning, Stress Tolerance, Achievement/Effort, Communication and Problem Solving, Problem Sensitivity, Inductive Reasoning, Sales Related Skills
  • Languages: English / Arabic

  • Direct impact over managing customer satisfaction ratio.
  • Direct impact in ensuring quality of installed accessories.
