About the Role
Abdul Latif Jameel seeks a National Service Planning GM to lead planning and operations for BIT aftersales in Jeddah. The role involves developing strategy, managing budgets, monitoring KPIs, and mentoring teams in TPS/TBP to enhance Kaizen culture.

Responsibilities
- Develop department Hoshin and cascade to all key aftersales management team, conducting monthly reviews
- Provide project management for all key initiatives and track achievement of action plans
- Develop annual budget and cascade to all BIT centers (Sales, COS, OPEX, CAPEX, Manpower plan, etc.)
- Ensure all KPI reports are made available to effectively monitor progress and take prompt actions
- Make monthly management presentations and provide update to BIT management on KPIs and initiatives
- Train and mentor frontline staff to implement TPS/TBP/SGA to promote Kaizen culture
- Support all BIT centers to manage and maintain their Obeya activities
- Manage incentive and reward schemes to motivate Gemba staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Automotive / Mechanical / Industrial
- 5 to 10 years of experience in automotive aftersales planning & operations
- Project Management certification
- TBP & Kaizen Coach certification
- Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- English and Arabic language proficiency

Purpose of the Job
- Provide planning & operations support needed to effectively manage BIT aftersales operations in line with the Company vision and mission.
- Develop & manage department Strategy, Hoshin, Project Plans, SOPs, Digital initiatives, Budget & Incentive schemes to achieve Key objectives and KPIs.
- Monitor progress through periodic Hoshin review sessions and support Gemba Leaders in implementing TPS/TBP projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Hoshin management & monitoring for BIT aftersales.
- Develop & cascade Project Plans for key initiatives at BIT centers.
- Develop annual Budget for BIT aftersales centers and ensure achievement of all Financial KPIs.
- Manage monthly KPIs reports, financial reports and management Presentations.
- Mentor Gemba Leaders in developing & implementing TPS/TBP/SGA projects.
- Supervise BIT centers to maintain their respective center Obeya and demonstrate progress.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Automotive / Mechanical / Industrial.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in automotive aftersales planning & operations.
- Strategic thinking, Project Management, Time Management, Problem Solving, Presentation skills & Event management / hosting skills.
- English / Arabic languages.
- Special Certifications: Project Management, TBP & Kaizen Coach, Presentation Skills.
Job Context
- Requires advanced knowledge in automotive aftersales business management.
- Supports implementation, sustainability & roll out of core BIT activities.
- Responsible for project management for all BIT aftersales projects.
