Company Description

Role Overview

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong sales capabilities, excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, and proven experience in real estate development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Present and promote company projects and services professionally.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Follow up on sales leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales opportunities effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.
  • Represent the company professionally and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Specialist, Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Previous experience in real estate development is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of real estate projects, market dynamics, and sales cycles.
  • Excellent command of English language (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
