Requirements

- Training skills to support onboarding and share best practices
- Relevant experience in real estate sales or property development
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem solving abilities
- Comfort with CRM tools and basic office software
- Fluency in Arabic is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business or related field

Role Description
- Full time, on site role based in Riyadh
- Drive property sales and support clients throughout the entire sales process
- Identify prospective clients, conduct property presentations and site visits
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information on project features, pricing, and availability
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and participate in contract negotiations

Qualifications
