Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Riyadh.
The representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting customers, resolving queries, delivering excellent customer experiences, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The role involves responding to customer inquiries, maintaining a professional demeanor, managing feedback, and contributing to the overall positive reputation of the company through frontline interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to enhance and maintain a positive Customer Experience through professional communication
- Experience in handling and addressing customer queries effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly advantageous
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor
