Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh for a Customer Service Specialist.
The individual in this role will handle customer inquiries and concerns, deliver exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities include answering calls, managing customer complaints, providing solutions, and maintaining accurate customer records to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Experience
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling customer calls effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Self-motivation and team collaboration skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is an advantage
