Siemens Digital Industries seeks a Sales Specialist for Process Automation Systems (DCS, PCS 7, PCS neo) in Dubai. The role involves acting as a PCS 7 portfolio expert, supporting account managers, driving opportunities end-to-end, and building customer confidence.

Responsibilities
- Act as the PCS 7 portfolio expert, guiding customers and internal teams on architecture, sizing, engineering approach, and migration strategies
- Support Account Managers and Technical Sales by translating customer pain points into PCS 7 solutions
- Drive PCS 7 related opportunities end to end: defining solution approach, positioning Siemens’ value vs competitors, and accelerating deal closure
- Build strong customer confidence by explaining PCS 7 concepts including system design, redundancy, plant network integration, cybersecurity add ons, and project execution flow
- Identify new PCS 7 business opportunities in greenfield, brownfield, modernization, and upgrade projects across the region
- Work closely with engineering, delivery, and service teams to ensure smooth handover and successful PCS 7 execution for long term customer retention
Requirements
- Solid automation engineering background with hands on PCS 7 experience (configuration, architecture design, migration, troubleshooting)
- Strong understanding of process automation systems, DCS concepts, industrial networking, and OT cybersecurity fundamentals relevant to PCS 7 deployments
- Ability to speak both technical and business, turning PCS 7 capabilities into clear value propositions
- Experience working directly with customers in Oil & Gas, Utilities, Water, Chemicals, or similar industries
- Proactive, opportunity driven mindset to identify upsell, upgrade, and modernization opportunities
- Strong collaboration skills to work with Account Managers, Technical Sales, and delivery teams
- Confidence in customer facing engagements: workshops, technical discussions, architecture reviews, competitive positioning

- Acting as the PCS 7 portfolio expert — guiding customers and internal teams on architecture, sizing, engineering approach, and migration strategies based on deep automation know how.
- Supporting Account Managers and Technical Sales by translating customer pain points into PCS 7 solutions that fit their technical and operational environment.
