Responsibilities
- Meet key performance indicators on monetisation and revenue growth by proactively engaging with partners
- Proactively introduce, educate and convert partners onto Fresha's payments solution
- Optimise listing content and availability competitiveness on the marketplace to maximise conversions
- Serve as dedicated advisor for partner accounts, assisting them on product adoption journey
- Advise partners on suitable product selection based on their needs
- Attend video meetings with partners to build relationships and communicate features and benefits
- Build internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams for smooth partner handover
- Collaborate with Product teams to provide product feedback
- Use consultative sales techniques to upsell and cross sell the Fresha platform
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in effectively delivering commercial outcomes from a previous partner facing role
- Commercially motivated with ability to adapt and achieve targets
- Proven experience in using and analysing data to improve commercial outcomes
- Previous experience in an outbound call environment or related sales position preferred
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Creative thinking and problem solving mindset
- Ability to interact with people across the business and build strong relationships
- Self starter with proactive approach

Commercial Growth
