About the Role

Responsibilities
- Accountable for meeting KPIs on monetisation and revenue growth by engaging with partners
- Proactively introduce, educate and convert partners onto Fresha's payments solution
- Optimise listing content and availability competitiveness on the marketplace to maximise conversions
- Serve as dedicated advisor for partner accounts, assisting them on product adoption
- Build internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams for smooth partner handover
- Provide product feedback to Product teams to enhance future releases
Requirements
- Arabic speaking is mandatory
- Demonstrable experience in effectively delivering commercial outcomes from a previous partner facing role
- Commercially motivated with ability to adapt and achieve targets
- Proven experience in using and analysing data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes
- Naturally proactive and inquisitive with desire to learn and improve
- Previous experience in an outbound call environment or related sales position preferred
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Role Overview
- Fresha is looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join the global business.
- Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, you will build relationships and drive monetisation of the Fresha platform.
- This role is based in the office five days per week in Riyadh.
Commercial Growth
- Accountable for meeting KPIs on monetisation and revenue growth by proactively engaging with partners.
- Proactively introduce, educate and convert partners onto Fresha's payments solution.
- Optimise listing content and availability competitiveness on the marketplace.
Relationship Building
- Serve as dedicated advisor for partner accounts.
- Advise partners on suitable product selection.
- Ensure strong Partner Experience through building relationships via video meetings.
- Build key internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams.
- Collaborate with Product teams to provide feedback.
- Use consultative sales techniques to upsell and cross sell.
