Job Purpose

  • The Representative, Outdoor Sales is responsible for driving sales and building relationships with new and existing customers in assigned territories. This role focuses on acquiring new business, promoting the company's products or services, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective co

Key Accountability Areas

  • Sales Generation: Actively prospect and acquire new customers within the assigned geographical area. Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending trade events. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients to drive sales.

  • Customer Service & Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved. Handle order discrepancies, delivery issues, and product concerns with professionalism.
