Role Overview
The Sales Representative will support Novartis's Immunology therapeutic area in Abu Dhabi.
The role focuses on field commercial strategies, healthcare professional relationships, compliant customer engagement, patient access, and business growth.
Major Accountabilities
- Execute customer segmentation, value-based targeting, personalized omnichannel engagement, data-driven call plans, and timely visit documentation.
- Deliver compliant engagement using approved brand messaging and digital tools.
- Use coaching and performance insights to improve execution.
- Explain clinical data, evidence, and appropriate product use to healthcare professionals.
- Use next-best-action and other technology enablement systems to improve customer engagement.
- Share field insights on customer needs, market dynamics, competitor activity, best practices, and territory priorities.
- Participate in compliant local events, meetings, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, medical, value and access, and execution excellence partners.
Requirements
- Degree or education in a relevant discipline.
- Proven successful performance track record.
- Experience in immunology or dermatology is preferred.
- Experience launching new products is preferred.
- Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Established experience managing and engaging therapeutic medical experts.
