About the Role
4M Creative House seeks an ambitious Sales Representative with UAE experience in digital printing, branding, or signage. You will generate B2B and B2C opportunities, promote creative production services, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B and B2C business opportunities throughout the UAE
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social selling, and client meetings
- Promote the complete portfolio of products and services offered by 4M Creative House
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Coordinate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly sales reports
- Deliver excellent after sales service to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience in digital printing, signage, branding, advertising, packaging, or promotional products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of printing materials, production processes, branding, and customized promotional products
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience in digital printing, signage, branding, advertising, packaging, or promotional products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of printing materials, production processes, branding, and promotional products.
- Existing network of corporate clients in the UAE is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Self motivated with ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
