A stealth-stage AI-powered professional services venture seeks a Technical Co-Founder & Engineering Partner to lead platform development. This is an entrepreneurial partnership with 5% founding equity, not a conventional job.

Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure, enterprise grade AI systems
- Build advanced RAG pipelines and Agentic AI workflows for interpreting complex regulatory frameworks
- Develop AI agents that deliver traceable, explainable, and auditable outputs
- Design and implement enterprise grade Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
- Develop resilient automation workflows for data extraction, validation, document processing, and system integrations
- Build internal governance, monitoring, and audit dashboards
- Establish engineering best practices including CI/CD, testing, and deployment strategies
- Define the long term technical roadmap and lead future engineering team growth
Requirements
- Strong experience developing applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Practical expertise with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
- Experience building autonomous AI agents and agentic workflows
- Advanced knowledge of Python and modern backend development
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
- Strong expertise in browser automation and enterprise RPA using Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, or equivalent
- Experience designing secure APIs, distributed systems, and cloud native applications
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and AI memory architectures
- Experience implementing logging, monitoring, observability, and AI governance frameworks
- Strong understanding of software architecture, security, scalability, and engineering best practices
- Proven experience deploying complex AI or automation systems into live production environments

- We are a stealth stage AI powered professional services venture transforming compliance, taxation, and strategic advisory across the GCC.
- Led by an FTA licensed tax expert, we are building a proprietary enterprise platform combining Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, and RPA.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure, enterprise grade AI systems.
