Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and business objectives
- Identify and secure new clients in corporate, retail, hospitality, events, real estate, and government sectors
- Promote the full range of services including digital printing, signage, branding, promotional materials, and large format printing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability
- Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of sales experience in digital printing, signage, advertising, or branding industry
- Strong network of clients within the UAE market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of printing materials, branding solutions, and production processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid UAE Driving License

Job Summary
- 4M Creative House is seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Manager – Digital Printing to lead business development efforts, expand client base, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify and secure new clients in the corporate, retail, hospitality, events, real estate, and government sectors.
- Promote the full range of 4M Creative House services, including digital printing, signage, branding, promotional materials, and large format printing.
