Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Property Consultant role in Dubai specializing in off-plan real estate projects.
The role guides clients through the investment process from initial inquiry to closing and works toward individual and team sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan projects and identify potential buyers.
- Conduct property presentations and explain project details, payment plans, and investment returns.
- Maintain lead and sales records, follow up on inquiries, and provide market updates and professional advice.
- Coordinate with developers, attend site visits and project launches, and maintain a strong client network.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and comply with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Have proven real estate sales experience, ideally in off-plan properties, and a strong understanding of the Dubai property market.
- Have 2–3 years of experience in Dubai real estate brokerage.
- Have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship management, and networking skills.
- Be comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, lead generation, and online inquiries.
- Be able to work on-site full time, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Have professional fluency in English; Arabic, Russian, or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
