Role Overview

MTS Group is hiring Secondary Market Real Estate Agents in Dubai.

The role is open to experienced agents and freshers seeking a career in Dubai real estate.

The position is commission-based only and offers unlimited earning potential.

Compensation

  • The posting lists pay of AED 1.00 per month.
  • The role is described as commission-based only without a fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings.
  • Assist clients with leasing or purchasing residential and commercial properties.
  • Negotiate terms between landlords, tenants, and buyers.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends.
  • Match client requirements with available listings.
  • Ensure contracts and documentation are accurate and compliant.

Requirements

  • Two months to one year of real estate experience is preferred, but freshers are welcome.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
  • A sales-driven and target-oriented mindset is required.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry is required.
  • Immediate availability is required.
