The role is focused on managing off-plan sales and building a high-performing real estate sales team.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent Arabic is mandatory.
- At least 3–4 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader is required.
- Strong UAE real estate experience is mandatory.
- A proven track record in off-plan sales is required.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market and major developers is required.
- An established network of clients and real estate agents is required.
- Strong leadership, recruitment, and team-building skills are required.
- Candidates should be target-driven and able to deliver sales results.
Role Scope
- Manage off-plan sales activities in Dubai.
- Recruit, lead, and build a sales team.
- Use client and real estate agent networks to support business growth.
- Deliver sales results against targets.
- Build and grow the company's off-plan sales team.
