Job Summary
A senior-level sales position for experienced professionals who can drive sales performance, mentor junior staff, and take ownership of brand representation.
You will lead sales initiatives, optimize in-store displays, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts to exceed assigned targets through advanced selling techniques and customer relationship management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve brand visibility and product placement in-store
- Mentor and guide Sales Promoter I staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product positioning
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate with store management to plan promotional activities and product launches
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on Anker's full product range
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management
- Ensure premium brand presentation and maintain high merchandising standards
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in electronics or brand promotion
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of consumer electronics and mobile accessories
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficient in sales reporting and basic analytics
