Position Overview
Lead the sales support function and help ensure a seamless customer journey from reservation through transaction completion.
The role focuses on sales operations, customer transactions, team management, operational excellence, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Support team.
- Oversee end-to-end sales transactions, customer onboarding, and SPA execution.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, documentation, and governance requirements.
- Drive operational excellence, process improvement, and service quality.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Management, and other stakeholders.
- Manage Salesforce data integrity, reporting, and performance metrics.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or customer-facing operational roles.
- 8 or more years of team leadership experience.
- Real estate industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, compliance, KYC, and transaction management.
