A leading real estate developer is seeking a Chief Operations Officer for its KSA operation.
The role leads operational performance across a large development area and asset portfolio.
Candidate Requirements
- Arabic language capability is required.
- Experience managing up to 10 direct reports is required.
- Candidates should understand supplier bidding and tender processes.
- Strong contract management knowledge is required to meet service-level standards and operational KPIs.
- Candidates should understand governance, compliance, and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across a large development area.
- Manage buildings, infrastructure, and public areas across the portfolio.
- Oversee safety, security, facilities management, maintenance, and cleaning services.
- Communicate with government authorities and external stakeholders.
- Deliver high-level reports to the executive leadership team.
