Role Overview
Head of Data Center Operations role for a Saudi Arabia-based client of a multinational integrated facilities management provider.
The role is responsible for client relationships, account performance, service quality, contractual compliance, and maintenance delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for data center clients.
- Ensure account performance, client satisfaction, and contractual compliance.
- Manage service-level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Lead service delivery through a highly skilled maintenance team.
- Manage mission-critical environments and multiple large-scale data centers.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities, or an Engineering discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in Facilities Management, Critical Facilities, or Data Center Operations.
- At least five years of leadership experience managing mission-critical environments.
- Experience managing multiple large-scale data centers.
- Experience with Reliability-Centered Maintenance and strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis.
- GCC experience is an advantage.
