- Prepare, analyze, and consolidate business reports to support management decision making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and performance tracking tools.
- Support sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and stock replenishment activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across operational and commercial reporting.
- Support monthly planning, forecasting, and business review processes.
- Assist in inventory optimization and supply planning activities.
Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, data modeling, and management of large datasets
- Experience in reporting, dashboard development, business analysis, and data consolidation
- Strong understanding of sales operations, business planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes
- Experience in forecasting, stock planning, demand planning, and logistics coordination
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and data interpretation skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment

Role Overview
- Our client, a leading multinational company (MNC), is seeking a highly analytical and detail oriented Business Operations Executive to support business planning, sales operations, reporting, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
Key Responsibilities
