Act as a day-to-day resource for the sales team — answering process questions, resolving tool issues, and helping reps get the most out of our sales tools.
Maintain documentation for sales processes.
Assist with cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
Monitor and maintain data accuracy across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack.
Perform routine audits, identify data hygiene issues.
Execute data imports, list uploads, and record updates in support of sales and marketing campaigns.
Help investigate trends and anomalies in sales process data such as: lead conversion, sales activity, forecast and pipeline variances.
2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role.
Hands-on Salesforce experience — report and dashboard building, data management, and basic admin tasks.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets: formulas, pivot tables, and structured data analysis.
Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to data accuracy.
Clear written and verbal communication: you can explain processes and findings simply and effectively.
Familiarity with GTM tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Able to manage your own workload and follow through without heavy oversight.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000, including a target 10% annual bonus tied to individual and company performance. You will also receive equity (stock options) and a comprehensive package of cash and non-cash benefits.
