Role Purpose

  • Lead and optimize sales performance and marketing impact to maximize project revenue, absorption, and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead sales strategy, targets, and revenue delivery.
  • Manage and scale internal sales teams and external brokers/agencies.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Own the full sales funnel (lead generation → conversion → closing).
  • Align with market intelligence and development teams on pricing strategy.
  • Plan and execute project launches and go to market strategies.
  • Track and optimize sales and marketing performance metrics.

Profile Required

  • 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing (KSA experience preferred).
  • Strong track record in off plan sales and project launches.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through structured sales strategies.
  • Balanced expertise across commercial sales and marketing execution.
  • Strong experience managing brokers, agencies, and channel partners.

KPIs

  • Total sales value and units sold.
  • Conversion rate across the funnel.
  • Sales cycle duration.
  • Cost per lead (CPL).
  • Campaign ROI and marketing efficiency.
