- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, tenders, and prequalification openings in the construction sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key decision makers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and company profiles for prospective clients
- Coordinate with proposals and estimation teams on bid submissions and follow ups
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Maintain an updated pipeline of opportunities and report on business development activities
Requirements
- Saudi nationality is a must (as per regulatory requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 1 2 years of business development experience; construction/contracting industry experience is a must
- Strong network within the Saudi construction market is an advantage

Main Purpose of Job
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company's expansion within the construction and contracting sector.

Overall Experience & Qualifications
- Saudi nationality is a must (as per regulatory requirements).

- 1 2 years of business development experience; construction/contracting industry experience is a must.
- Strong network within the Saudi construction market is an advantage.
