Main Purpose of Job

  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company's expansion within the construction and contracting sector.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, tenders, and prequalification openings in the construction sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key decision makers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and company profiles for prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with proposals and estimation teams on bid submissions and follow ups.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline of opportunities and report on business development activities.

Overall Experience & Qualifications

  • Saudi nationality is a must (as per regulatory requirements).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1 2 years of business development experience; construction/contracting industry experience is a must.
  • Strong network within the Saudi construction market is an advantage.
