About the Role

Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to fully understand project scope and client requirements
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposals in line with tender requirements and submission deadlines
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to gather required inputs for proposals
- Develop technical write ups, method statements, and project execution narratives
- Analyze BOQs, pricing inputs, and cost data to support competitive bid submissions
- Prepare clarifications, queries, and responses during the tendering stage
- Ensure all proposals comply with company standards, client formats, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a structured database of proposals, prequalification documents, and reference projects
- Support prequalification submissions and expressions of interest (EOI)
- Follow up with clients and consultants on submitted bids and gather feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline
- 3–6 years of experience in proposals, tendering, or estimation within the construction sector
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, BOQs, and contract documents
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong technical writing skills
- Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus)
