Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in proposal or tendering roles within construction or contracting companies

- Solid understanding of structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Experience in preparing technical proposals and tender documentation
- Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tendering/ERP systems

Overview
- We are currently seeking a Proposal Engineer – Structural Engineering to join our growing team and support pre contract and tendering operations within a fast paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for structural engineering and construction tenders.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements to ensure full compliance.
