Job Summary

  • The Sales Manager shall be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets by building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and partners.
  • The role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales and relationship management.
  • The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding the customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and partners.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Maintain the client database and monitor sales performance to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Candidates from the banking sector (Sales Officer, Relationship Officer).
  • UAE National.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 4 years of experience in sales or relationship management (banking/corporate preferred).
  • A UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Result oriented with strong analytical, organisational, and time management abilities.
