Job Summary
- The Sales Manager shall be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets by building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and partners.
- The role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales and relationship management.
- The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding the customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and partners.
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Maintain the client database and monitor sales performance to ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications & Skills
- Candidates from the banking sector (Sales Officer, Relationship Officer).
- UAE National.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 3 4 years of experience in sales or relationship management (banking/corporate preferred).
- A UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Result oriented with strong analytical, organisational, and time management abilities.
