Responsibilities
- Conduct valuations of commercial properties including offices, retail, industrial, and mixed use developments
- Collect, analyse, and verify market data, sales transactions, and rental evidence to support valuation conclusions
- Prepare high quality, accurate, and timely valuation reports meeting regulatory, client, and internal quality standards
- Review and ensure compliance with International Valuation Standards (IVS), RICS standards, and local regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to junior valuers within the team
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high level of service and client satisfaction
- Keep up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
- RICS qualified (MRICS/FRICS) or equivalent professional accreditation preferred
- Minimum 5 7 years of proven experience in commercial property valuation
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate markets and regulatory framework
- Excellent analytical, report writing, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in valuation software and MS Office applications
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines

Job Summary
- The Valuation manager is responsible for conducting accurate and professional valuations of commercial and residential properties in line with RICS/IVS standards and company policies.
- The role requires in depth market knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide high quality valuation reports for banks, corporates, and institutional clients.
