- Strong communication, analytical, time management, and results oriented skills
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales developing client focused solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Job Summary

- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to deliver client focused and achievable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and partners.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update the client database and track sales performance.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
- A UAE Driving License is Mandatory
- Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years as a Sales Officer or Sales Manager.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, Analytical, time management, and results oriented skills.
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
